Definitions

Terms used in these Rules shall have the following meanings

Service provider: a person providing an information society service.

User: any person who makes use of the website or the services available on the website (e.g. requesting a quote) in any way.

Basic provisions:

Hungarian law shall govern the matters not regulated by these Rules and the interpretation of these Rules, in particular with regard to the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Act on the Provision of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services). The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.

These Rules shall enter into force on 06 May 2022 and shall remain in force until revoked. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Rules. The Service Provider shall publish the amendments on the website 11 (eleven) days before they enter into force. By using the Website, Users agree that all regulations relating to their use of the Website shall automatically apply to them.

By accessing the website operated by the Service Provider or by reading its content in any way, the User acknowledges that he/she is bound by the provisions of the Regulations. If the User does not accept the Terms and Conditions, he/she is not entitled to view the content of the website.

The Service Provider reserves all rights in and to the website, any part thereof and the content displayed thereon, as well as the distribution of the website. You may not download, electronically store, process or sell the content of the website or any part thereof without the written consent of the Provider.

The donation process

1. You select the amount you wish to donate, enter your personal details and click on Donate.

2. How to donate

Online credit card: the User has the possibility to pay the total amount of the donation online by credit card through the secure payment system of the financial service provider used by the Service Provider.

How to buy with Paypal:

The transaction details are displayed on the left side of the page and on the right side
two options:

a) If you are registered with PayPal, after entering a valid ID and password, you will see the partial details of the pre-set bank card and the amount to be paid. If you have more than one card registered, you will need to select the card you wish to pay with, then click on Pay Now to make the payment and you will be returned shortly
on the side of the shop.

b) If you do not have a PayPal registration, it is possible to settle the amount after filling in a form with a Guest PayPal account without having to register with PayPal. The form asks for the following information (most of which is mandatory):

Email address The email address you enter here will receive a confirmation of your payment Once you have filled in all the fields, press the "Review and Continue" button at the bottom of the page. Here you can double-check your details, the amount to be paid and the order.

If everything is in order, approve the transaction. Within moments, you will receive an email notification of the successful transaction, at the same time the Service Provider will receive notification of the successful payment and start processing the order.

3. Correction of data entry errors: in any case, before completing the order process, the User can go back to the previous phase and correct the data entered.

Liability exclusion

The Service Provider declares that it endeavours to continuously update the information on the website, however, it does not assume any responsibility for its completeness, correctness under all circumstances, or possible changes.

The Service Provider emphasizes that it is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website.

The Service Provider may change, update or withdraw all or part of the content at any time without prior notice.

Changes may be made to the website outside the will and control of the Service Provider, and the Service Provider shall not be liable for the accuracy, reliability, timeliness or content of the content, information, documentation or other written materials available on the website.

Users use the website solely at their own risk, and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage resulting from incorrect, erroneous or incomplete content.

The Service Provider does not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs arising from the use or inability to use the website, its malfunction, failure, malfunction, computer virus, line or system failure, or any other similar cause. Any use of the content of the website other than as provided above, or exceeding the scope of free use, shall result in unauthorised use, against which the Service Provider shall exercise the legal remedies provided for by law.

Any commercial use requires the prior written consent of the Service Provider. The use of the Service Provider's logo and branding is subject to prior permission.

Even with written consent, any material from the website and its database may only be copied with reference to the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves all intellectual property and other rights to all elements of its service, the website, images, videos, sound files, other copyright works, domain names and any secondary domain names created from them.

You may not adapt or reverse engineer the content of the website or any part of it; use any application to modify or index the website or any part of it.

The name of the website is protected by copyright and may only be used with the written consent of the Service Provider.

The User acknowledges that the Service Provider shall be entitled to a penalty in the event of unauthorized use. The amount of the penalty is HUF 70.000 gross per image and HUF 20.000 per word. The User acknowledges that this penalty is not excessive and browses the Site with this in mind. In the event of copyright infringement, the Service Provider shall apply for a notarial certification of facts, the cost of which shall also be borne by the infringing User.
